Shipment
1. General information about shipping
We ship our products within Germany and internationally to selected countries. Shipping is handled by DPD/DHL and the processing time is usually 3 business days.
2. Shipping costs & delivery options
- Standard shipping within Germany: €6.99 – Delivery time approx. 3 days
- Express shipping within Germany (working days): €17.90 – Delivery time approx. 1 working day
- Shipping within the EU: €21.90 – Delivery time approx. 5 working days
- International shipping: individual calculation
- Free shipping: For orders over €150 within Germany.
3. Delivery times
- Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option and destination:
- Standard shipping: approx. 3 business days
- Express shipping: approx. 1 working day
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. Delays caused by external factors (e.g., customs clearance) are beyond our control.
4. Shipping restrictions
We currently do not deliver to the following countries/regions: outside the EU.
5. Shipment tracking
After shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track the status of your order at any time.
6. Damaged or lost orders
Should your package arrive damaged or be lost in transit, please contact us immediately at shop at confisierieonline de.
Damaged goods: Please send us photos of the damaged items and the packaging so that we can find a solution.
Lost packages: If your order hasn't arrived after 7 days, please contact us. We will check the status with the shipping provider and arrange for a replacement or refund if necessary.
7. Returns & Complaints
Returns are possible within 30 days. Please contact us in advance at shop@confiserieonline.de to register a return.
The customer bears the costs for the return shipment.
Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
