Savoir-vivre. French white nougat from Montélimar is a true delicacy and quite difficult to produce. We take on the challenge of creating this sweet snow, into which chopped pistachios and hazelnuts are dipped. It's topped with a layer of homemade almond nougat and an elegant milk chocolate coating with a magnificent 60% cocoa content.
