The island of Crete is considered the home of the olive tree, and Koroneiki olives have been cultivated there for thousands of years. As a staple food of the Cretan diet, olive oil is known as 'liquid gold'. This 100% pure oil from Koroneiki olives is ideal for salads and antipasti.
Production
Immediately after harvesting, the organically grown olives are carefully selected, washed, and pressed without external heat. Extra virgin olive oil, first cold pressing – obtained directly from olives solely by mechanical means.
